Hobbying and being a blood donor question

Through the years, prior to hobbying, I have given gallons of blood donations. I stopped after hobbying as one of the questions is "Have you had paid sex in the last 12 months?" The Red Cross called last night and SWMBO answered and set up an appt. for her and they asked to speak to me to see if I wanted to set one up. Kinda hard to say no in front of her, if you know what I mean. So I scheduled an appt.
How would you handle this? I've only been with two providers in the last year (covered, obviously), the last 5 months ago. I figure that they run countless tests on the blood but still. Should I:

A: "Accidently forget" and tell SWMBO I'll reschedule for another time
B: Go through the whole process but put the anonymous sticker on the "Do not use my blood" spot
C: Go as normal and figure that the odds are EXTREMELY low of anything there, especially with all the checks they run on it

In any case, I think B might be the easiest and most honorable of all.

A could lead to an embarrassing call from the RC to SWMBO, and C is rather scuzzy.

For those not familiar with Leo McKern's most famous role, click the link.

through IMDB to "get" Mr. Fisher's reference, SWMBO stands for She Who Must Be Obeyed, as in Rumpole's wife. He rarely referred to her by her name -- cool show for all us old-fart Anglophiles and the other side of the Monty Python/Fawlty Towers coin.

Like another member said I'd go with a, b or c ... it's how comfortable you feel giving and how often you get yourself checked out..... either way if it's bad meaning you have something they won't use it. But if you're that nervous don't go to give anyways until you've been checked out and/or if's been some time since you've seen a provider (covered obviously) because to go and then have your blood taken which is not pleasant just don't go. So.....really A or C is best.
