Can someone please give me some advice.  Should I get 411 verified?  How do I know that law enforcement isn't involved?  I heard about doing a cop check the moment you enter the door by pulling it out and if she doesn't pull the tits out then leave is that right? How do I protect my confidentiality?  I need a new to the hobby guide

You can't know law enforcement isn't involved. Go with your best bet, which is to see well-reviewed ladies who screen you and always look for warning signs.  

P411 is worth every penny.

Fuckin' chill bro. Pay for P411. I was hesitant myself, but I found a provider within an hour of being verified. And I have ZERO concerns about her being a cop.

Also, it would matter if there were cops. The way I figure it is this: (I'm willing to be corrected.)

There could LITERALLY be cops in the room and they can't say or do shit, if you're discreet. Have the money in an envelope inside a book. Leave said book on a table. She picks up said book and sees envelope.

Then the two of you get on like good friends and fuck each other's brains out and go home.

A cop standing RIGHT there would see nothing but two friends gettin down. Not against the law.

So don't worry so much. Get verified. See only verified providers. Problem solved.

If there's a cop in the room you will get busted. (I suppose a tenth-degree blackbelt hobbyist could talk his way out of it, but not normal humans). Your fantasy about a cop seeing nothing but two friends getting it on is ridiculous. Putting the envelope in a book does nothing.

You'll at least get questioned if there's LE in the room. I can't say you'll definitely be busted, the more I think about it.  

In the very least, they won't be scratching their heads, thinking to themselves, "Hmm, I wonder if they're just f-buddies. No way to be sure."

2) Yes get P411, it saves the hassle and makes getting verified almost painless.  Of course there are ladies out there that are newbie friendly both here and P411, but for those that are not, there are alternate ways get verified.  Also don't forget to ask for "Okay's" once you've seen a lady.

3) Law enforcement?  I'd say stick to verified ladies with reviews, web presence, or newbies that at least are verified in some way, shape or form i.e. google numbers, see if they have profiles/reviews elsewhere.

4) Referring to "cop checks".  I'm assuming you've been contacting ladies off BP?  That's a whole other story.  The majority of ladies on TER also have P411.  Some on TER have P411 profiles but don't post the link, a simple email introducing yourself and mentioning that you have P411 should get the ball rolling.  IMO even ladies that are verified have some type of subtle "cop check" i.e. no mention of donation, DFK while rubbing your package as you enter the room.  

5) How do you protect your confidentiality?  That's up to you.  There are some that have no problem giving PII and other that won't.  Again, her choice/right to ask, your choice/decision to either give or move on.

6) If you've adhered to rule #1 and still don't have your answer, reach out to a fellow monger, 7/10 will more than likely help out with their advice, although some may either ignore you or curse you out in response lol.

Asking "are you a cop" is literally worthless. Cops are explicitly allowed to lie.
Euphamisms like 'donation' or 'roses' or 'GFE' or 'full service' don't do crap.  If you can understand them, they can, and it counts as legal attempt to contract for sex.  
Hiding $ in an envelope, leaving it out and going to the bathroom, putting it in a book, all absurdly useless.   If you and her can figure out its a transaction, so can they, and it counts.  

LE check aka Feel Up?  Well is you are a guy looking to avoid an undercover sting with a Lady Cop... touching her  might, emphasis on MIGHT help.  Most places entering the room gets you busted, who cares if you walk later, the arrest and emberassment and hassle of a trial are the punishment.  BUT...if it is a jurisdiction where they require a bit of evidence of intent to commit a crime, well, Lady Cops don't want yucky perp guys touching them, so they would not allow it.  Esp in an intimate location.   You need to ask, or the charge could be assault.  But a Lady Cop will never say yes to "can I touch your chest?".  If you say nothing, not even a mumbled 'uh-huh' to anything that sounds like a proposition of sex for money, such as "here for the GFE (or other euphemism)" then you MIGHT skate.

Some locales have laws criminalizing visiting a bawdy house, avoiding their need to prove an actual attempt to exchange money for sex.  Just visiting does it.  Others have explicitly made the LE check itself, the touching to evade law enforcement, a crime.  

Cops aren't dumb, District Attorneys aren't dumb, Judges aren't dumb, little cute games don't fool them.
And just getting arrested is 95% of the punishment, even if all charges were dropped.
Only way to be safe is DO NOT end up in a room with a cop.

Thanks for the input... would you say a provider who is reviewed here has a 411 link is "verified" on Eros  has a good web presence and has white listed people here is all I need to do to " make sure I am not in the room with " LEO?
