On the tab "My TER", there is a link to a self help center. You'll find it a very useful resource to start with. Browse through that info and come back to ask any questions you have.

If your regulars are already TER members, they simply write a review for you and if it's approved it will be published. You can then link your profile to the reviews and correct your profile info if anything is incorrect.
You can't change their general or detailed write up.

Your first reviewer will fill in the information in your profile about you -- everything from height, to hair color, body type, and your, ummmm, menu. While mistakes/omissions can be corrected later, you might want to spend the time and specifically ask someone who knows you fairly well to be your first reviewer. At least this way the correct information is more likely to begin your TER experience. (And perhaps initially keep away some potential clients who might want something that you are not comfortable offering?) Frankly, I am not sure if most ladies normally do this or not, but if I were a new escort I sure would! LOL
