...in my experience it rarely happens. Only once in my four years has a gal asked me. I was prepared because it was noted in several of her reviews. I had my ID ready with only the parts of it that verified me showing. I used masking tape over my last name and address. I also speculate that it is more prevalent if you are new with only a couple of okays.
I've been a member of P411 for a number of years and have used it in numerous cities to find and book some excellent providers. Perhaps it's because I have a lot of OKs on P411 or quite a few White Listings on TER, but I've not been asked for my ID but once (by an agency).

If you are a P411 client, do providers require you to show her your photo ID in order to verify that you are the account owner?
Best to either read the lady's website/ad to see what she requires OR just ask her straight up.
I know there's something with putting tape or whatever over sensitive information so that the lady can verify (based upon how client IDs are generated) that you are the actual account holder, but I don't have any personal experience with that (I'm one of those "no name, no nookie" biatches).
