TER is pretty strict with their rules especially when it comes to who's allowed access to RO board.
Even when you get access, discussing anything in there results in severe penalties for both the leaker and the girl who got the leaked info. They take this pretty seriously. I guess they occasionally made exceptions back in the days for guys like gag who has zero reviews (not even alias reviews) but he's been around for a long time plus he was a moderator on several boards at the time. As for me all my reviews are alias reviews.
I understand that it takes 10 reviews to get access to that board and I'm well on my way to that number but my question is if I started only reviewing under my alias from this point forward, would those reviews count towards that access? The last provider I visited with pointed out that my handle is the same as other real life handles I have for other sites so I don't want to use that anymore if possible.

BTW the RO board is kind of sleepy, loaded with complainers and reminds me of the Titanic.

The answer to your question is yes. Reviews under your alias and your handle both count towards your ten reviews. As hiddenhills said, you also must have a posting history to gain access to the RO board.
The more important issue is using a "real life" handle on TER. Contact admin and ask them to change your handle here. Your reviews and old posts (if you have any) will get assigned to the new handle
