There is a Self-Help Manual near the red & white life presserver at the . . .

top of the screen.  Read it carefully as if you were going to take an exam on it.  Also, read several pages here on the Newbie board; you will see many of the same questions get asked about every 6 or 7 days.

I have found that providers who over good service at a fair price will do well.
