Hi Mindy. To get a profile on TER, you need to have a TER member write a review of his date with you. That will get you official provider status so that other guys can check you out. Since you don't mention a website, it would be a good idea to set one up to put the TER badge on.
Read the newbie manual from the link at the top of this page. Ask other providers in your area for pointers. Establish some screening rules, one way is to have a contact page on your website. If you don't already have one, there are several free templates you can use, ask providers.
