Where should I post an advertisement or can i even do that yet??  I am a VIP member, does that give me provider status as well?

You have the TER badge on the first page of your site.  My understanding is that gets you one ad every seven days.
As for provider status, you need to e-mail admin to have your profile linked to your "handle".  That should get you access to the provider board, the handy "see my reviews" link on all of your forum posts, and limited, free VIP access to see all of your own reviews in detail, as well as the Personal Mail system.

BTW, the pic of you in the doorway REALLY shows off your asset!!

You've done all the right things to use TER:

1) You have the TER badge on your site, you have to scroll down a mile, but it is there.

2) You claimed your review profile, and the "[See my TER reviews]" appendage appears next to your name.

3) You've even got your site posted in the site reviews area.

So what more can you do?  You can post an ad message once every seven days on the regional boards.  Unfortunately, TER doesn't have a board that covers KC.  But I see that you have already discovered this, and have posted on the Other Cities board.

Just a tip, you my want to post a problem report on your profile to update the website to the one you posted today.  As you may have noticed, CL listings aren't all that popular here.
