Everyone when they join TER is a basic member. There is no "Provider" membership, provider page, etc. The way to let others know you are a provider is to post ads on your regional ad boards, post comments on your regional discussion board (Be sure your posts don't come across as ads. They will be disallowed.), and participate in the photo theme threads on your regional board. As the previous poster said check out the Self-Help Center for the guidelines for posting ads and photos in the photo theme threads. The Self-Help Center link is on the upper right of most of the discussion boards under the red and white life preserver. Read everything there even the stuff for the guys. It's good to know all you can.

Once a guy has seen you, written a review of you, submitted it to TER, and it's been approved and posted you will have a provider profile. Your first reviewer will create your profile when he fills out your information. You will then have a TER provider ID#. (You can contact TER and correct anything the guy got wrong.) Next step for you then is to contact TER and request they connect your profile with your TER handle (jdivasmiles). This will give you the free limited provider VIP membership. This will give you access to the TER PM (private mail) system and allow you to read your reviews in there entirety. It will also place a link which says "See my TER reviews" under your handle whenever you post on a TER board. Guys can click the link and be taken to your profile page and check you out. The provider VIP will also give you access to the provider functions on TER such as being able to white list clients.  There is a Provider's only discussion board. You have to have 3 reviews and establish yourself on the boards then request from TER access to it.

Hope this helps.

I'm a provider I registered as one yet my page is acting as I'm a regular member how do I set everything up

Your first reviewer sets your profile. Once you have a review, you have an ID number. Tell the guy to submit the review. He needs to put your name, your contact info, website and/or ad links (but no links to ads on another review site), and fill out the profile questions best he can. He can put "don't know" for the things he can't answer. Now once you get that first review, ask TER to link the review profile to your username "jdivasmiles" Then, every time you post, a link to your reviews will appear under your name. Also you will receive free limited provider's VIP. This will give you access to PMs and allow you to read your own reviews. For full VIP, you will have to pay.

Another thing you should do once your profile is set by the first reviewer is check it for accuracy, and correct any mistakes or "don't knows." You can do this by filing problem reports or through "contact us."

Check out the Self Help Center. Lots of good info there. Look for it near the life preserver at the top of the page.

Oh one more thing. If the person reviewing you has never written a review, TER may not post the review right away. Sometimes they will hold reviews if it is a provider's first review by a first time reviewer. This is to help prevent self reviews and fraud.

I am so happy to have such good highly unpaid assistants on this board.  Thanks xyz.  jdiva, if you read his post, there shouldn't be too many more questions to ask, but if you have any, this is the place to ask them.
