Assuming it is your own, are you sure that both reviews were posted?  If you know the reviewers, check with them.

Sometimes a gal ends up with two profiles because of different names she may use.

In this case you can use the filters on the "search reviews" board to find your reviews.  Put your pnone number  (or it could also be email address or website url) into the appropriate filter and see what you get.

If you do find that you have reviews on two different profiles, send a problem report (You'll find a link for this on each profile page.) and tell TER that you want to combine these two pages.

Finally, you have provider status just by joining TER.  You are allowed to link to your website with any post provided you have a TER logo on the first or second page of your site.  You can also write to TER and ask that a link to your profile page appear everytime you post.
