i Just Signed Up For This Page , My Question Is How Do i Get My Page Up And Running If
i Already Have Reviews On Here ?

If you have reviews here on TER you already have a profile (page, TER calls it a profile.). The profile will have your TER Provider ID# at the upper left corner of the profile page. If you don't have any reviews then you don't have an ID# yet.
You can do a search of your provider name,  phone number, and e-mail address to see your profile. Click on the Reviews tab at the top of the page. Then click "Search Reviews". Scroll down to "Provider's Contact Information". Fill in the fields and click search at the very bottom of the page.

Here on TER the first reviewer fills out the providers profile (page) not the provider. Whoever wrote your first review here did your profile. There is a way to make corrections later if necessary. When you click on the Reviews tab at the top of the page look around and find the "Reviews FAQ" link. Click it for info on how reviews are done.

If you do have reviews I suggest you contact TER ( use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page) and ask them to link your handle (which is Honey_18) to your profile. When you do that every time you post anything there will be a link to your profile/reviews under your handle. You may post on the discussion boards and you may post an ad on your regional ad board. Be sure to read the info in the Self-Help Center on the guidelines for placing an ad. Having your handle linked to your reviews will make you eligible for the free limited provider VIP membership. Right now your membership is a basic membership unless you have paid for a full VIP membership. With a VIP membership (either kind) you can use the TER PM system.

I also recommend you read all the info found in the link I have included below. Once in the Self-Help Center click on any link you find and read. It will help you with all your questions about how TER works and what you need to know as a provider. It will also explain what I've already said here so you can refer to it whenever you like.
The link to the Self-Help Center can also be found at the top right of most discussion boards under the red and white life preserver. Note anything on TER written in teal colored font is a link. Click the link to get to that topic.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes. Feel free to ask questions here on the newbie board any time.
