I see that you have already done what I would have suggested first - post your question on the Florida board, good job. There was a similar post there a few weeks ago that got some traffic (try searching the board for both Port St Lucie, and Port Saint Lucie).
I'm pretty sure you know the basics - when you are trying to find a provider outside of a major city, leave everything blank and search by the local area code, or the name of the town in the location field (again in this case try both Saint and St).
Unfortunately, there are more than a few places where it is difficult to find info on providers.
