A few things to do to figure this out:  
First, read the Self-Help Center. It's on the upper right under the red and white life preserver. Just click on the link in teal colored font that says Self-Help Center. It will take you to a page with a list of links. Just click on each one and read. There is a lot of info there for providers and hobbyists. I recommend reading all of it.

I'm going to guess you are a provider based on your handle (hot.sexy.brianna). On TER everyone is a basic member. There is no provider status as such. Guys can buy the VIP membership which gives them access to more of the info here or they can write reviews and earn VIP membership that way. Providers can buy the VIP membership too if they choose. Providers do have another option. Once you (a provider) have a (one) review you can ask TER admin to link that review with your profile to your handle. Once they do that you will have the free limited provider's VIP and can use the PM system and read your own reviews in their entirety. Additionally when you post something on a discussion board there will be a link to your profile in the post.

Read the discussions here on the newbie board. You will find a lot of your questions already answered.

One more thing, you won't have a provider profile here on TER until a hobbyists writes you a review. He will create your profile and it will be submitted when he submits the review. You do have the ability to correct anything he puts in your profile if there is a mistake.
