TER makes their money on them. You can ask if they will pull it by using the contract us link on the bottom of the page. Maybe they will pull it but I wouldn't hold my breath. That is all you can do. Good luck.
I'm sorry, but since I have been on this site, they have never done me wrong and their have always been more then accommodating. Therefore, I would if I were you, ask customer support. You never know, until you try............
And sometimes they will pull them. But sometimes they won't. I agree he should try if that is his disire, but sometimes they aren't willing and sometimes they are.

It appears to be a case of the OP regretting having submitted his review, not that the provider doesn't want any reviews.
As others have said, he can request that the review be pulled, but if that request is refused the only other option to make the review disappear is for the provider to delist.
This thread is a valuable, if hard, lesson for newbies and everyone else who writes reviews to use good judgement when deciding whether to submit a review, and on the content of reviews that are submitted.
