Thanks guys, yeah it's worth every penny.  I have been doing much research and looking on the Vegas boards.

I have noticed in the past year or so that they are coming up to you.  I'll be walking through the casino in the early morning hours and and get hit up by a few.  They are relentless also.  Every excuse you give them, they come up with something.  There was a good looking redhead that came up to me at the Excalibur a while back.  I just got out of the cab and two where just standing right inside the doors.

Make yourself a set of rules/guidelines for selecting providers & stick with them. Suggested areas include minimum # of reviews available, lowest acceptable performance ratings (looks rating is much more subjective, but OK to have a rule on that, too), age range, any particular performances you've got to have (e. g. BBBJ vs. CBJ), etc. Use the 'Average Rating Range' feature when searching on TER. Of the 20 or so providers I've seen in the last year 1/2 or so, I've only been real disappointed twice, both times when I disregarded one or more rule (once outside my age range, once no reviews--both had hot pics & my 'little brain' won out).
