You can post an ad once every 7 days on your regional board, but you must have an ad or a website to link to.  You don't get a profile until a client submits a review of you.  Read the self help center, link under the life preserver at top of this page.  It will you most everything you need to know.  If you have other questions, feel free to PM me, I am the host of the newbie board.
