Paloma and xyz gave you excellent advice as they always do.  The self help center is THE place for you to start.  Also suggest you start posting on the Boston board so potential clients can get a feel for your personality.  As soon as you can, start posting your once-every-7-days ads, the self help center tells you exactly what is required to do that.  You might look at the Boston area list of providers and ask one of the more experienced ladies if she would be a mentor for you.  That could be a big help for someone just starting out.

This is the right forum to ask questions, myself and others are happy to guide you to a successful career in this enterprise.

Hi! I'm new to TER and I'm just introducing myself, I am a provider in the Boston area, would like to chat with other providers and clients here and maybe get some pointers as to how this site works:)

Please read the Self Help center found by the lifesaver on the right side of the screen, tons of valuable info that you can use. Second, please ask questions, we love to help ladies and gentlemen here and I am totally pro education, none of us started knowing it all and we are glad to help and point you in the right direction. Third, please DO screen, I know it sounds a bit off, but this is not a site for screening, you need to be mindful of your safety, read threads but it is also important to find someone willing to teach you and mentor you on safety precautions. Fourth, participate on the boards meaning post your AD every seven days following the AD rules found on the Self Help center, create awareness that you exist. You can also participate on your local board as well as other discussions, make your self visible. Last, create a positive, trustworthy, genuine internet persona that transpires into your sessions, a good website, good photos and great context on your ads will help you, you don't have to spend boatloads of money on this but start building your business. Build positive communication skills with you new and existing clients.
I hope this helps!

...I believe will be helpful. It's a post I wrote to answer someone with questions much like yours. You may not need all that's in it but use what you need. Just click on the link below.
