You just turned 19 and you cant find it for free???   It just seemed like it
was very available when I was that age. Although part of me says you need
to look further, at that age I didnt have a pot to piss in so at her price range
she might be an ok choice.  

  I also doubt that you will be able to find an established and well reviewed provider
