What is it exactly? (groping or flashing each other?) Is this standard practice? I've seen it mentioned lots of times in regards to reviews. I...thought it was bs?

but since you asked, check out the link. Also use the website for other terminology and acronyms.

If you find yourself in a room with LE, trust me, you're going to be arrested.

it means nothing.  However, many providers feel comfortable with some kind of check, so just go along with whatever they want to do.  Could be anything.  However, if you are in the room with a LEO, you're sunk.....

It is "groping or flashing each other" and it is bs. Is it standard practice? Yes, for some gals that don't know any better. It is definitely a myth that cops can't touch you or get naked etc, and as hh said, if a cop is in the room with you with the intention to arrest you, then you will get arrested. There is no substitute for proper screening.

Ladies that know better do not do the "LE check." Clients that know better will play along with it, if the girl does it. I mean hey, if a girl wants to grope me or wants me to grope her to prove I am not LE, I am not going to argue! :D

I have a related question about LE checking.  I know that some providers will do a security check to make sure the client is not working with LE.  Is there any way that a client can check if a provider is working with LE?  I had done a recent Google search on a provider that I was interested in seeing and found a website with a warning that she might be working with LE.  She is listed on TER and 411 but I'm not sure if this means anything.  Any suggestions?

Take a powdered sugar doughnut and toss it down the corridor.  If the guy takes off after it, he's LE.

if they are a LEO...then they must say yes. But a snitch, or a civie mole is under no such rules...they can say whatever the fuck they want to, and the room, and or their person is usually wired.

If there is a site reporting that a provider has been flipped, it could be bullshit...but it ain't worth the risk to find out. Stay far far away...JMO

Seth,

Ok, what if I asked the provider this? "Are you working for LE?" Then she replies, "No, I am not".

Next thing you know, you are getting busted.

Is that entrapment?

That's absolutely, 100%, totally untrue. Do not believe that for second. Cops can lie to you all they want. I hate to single you out, it's honestly dangerous to spread this kind of misinformation to people.

And don't think that your case could get dismissed under entrapment laws either. Entrapment means that a cop made someone do something that they wouldn't have done without their convincing. So, if a cop makes someone who really had no intention of, for example, smuggle drugs across the boarder, then that's entrapment. But if a cop disguises herself as a prostitute and you ask her "how much?" or "what do I get?" before or after asking "are you a cop?" guess what? That's not entrapment.

I've read many times on the internet about LE checks and that a LEO must tell you if they are asked if they are LE.
I also read that everything on the internet has to be true. You aren't allowed to write something on the internet that isn't true.
I also read that Obama's plans for a 2nd term include legalizing prostitution and then taxing the crap out of it.  It must be true.  Right?
