I will help you out a little.  Last year, someone asked about this lady on the board of the city you mention.  There were no replies, and the site linked in my book is nothing but bad news!  I don't know of any providers that require a SexKey ID (which is free, but you have to type in your CC number to verify your identity during registration).  Oh and be sure to note the free offers you see, they will quickly become recurring bills on your Visa!!!

There are too many honest, quality gals out there for you consider opening yourself up to scams and spam.
