I don't know if you are in charge here or if you are just the poor soul stuck trying to help the newbies, but have you thought about placing a sticky message at the top of the list listing all the terms and abbreviations we use here.

I know it must feel like Chinese Water Torture having to answer the "What does ____ mean?" questions over and over again, but the newbies aren't going to know intuitively to search for the wonderful Glossery of Terms you have here.  Having a link to this glossery at the top of the Newbie FAQ page could save YOU a lot of aggravation.

Unfortunately, that will never happen.
