hey im new to this site and new to being reviewed period any tips?

always be yourself and give good service. The guys are pretty fair and honest for the most part. You might want to give special rates for members, not too low but enough to show you care, lol.

Tip #1...be patient. Tip #2...be patient.

Read the newbies manual at the top of the page, and get familiar with the rules on TER. Post your weekly ad on your local board, and get involved with the discussions on that board, and the general board as well. This is how the folks will get to know who you are. Being new around here isn't easy. It will take some time to gain the trust of the people, and it can be frustrating, but will be well worth it in the end. Getting your first review may take some time, but it will come in time. I repeat...Be patient.

Have a website that gives accurate information as well as pics that are current

Be discrete in all you do.  

Provide first class business skills by returning e-mails promptly and returning phone calls if the guy gives you a window to return the call.  

Give quality GFE service for a reasonable price (varies by location).  Do not upsell, NCNS, B & S, etc.

I may have left something out but I'm sure others will chime in.
