you are moderated, which means your posts have to be approved by the moderator of the particular forum.  Depending on when you submit it, the mod may not see it until the next day, or in this case, you posted it at about 6:20 this morning, and I just got online, 2.5 hrs later.

Best thing you can do, is keep posting on your regional board to demonstrate you can follow the posting rules.  Once you have done that, you can ask the mod to un-moderate you so your posts will appear immediately.
