take it easy on the "post message" button.  TER has experienced  some technical difficulties the past couple of days.  It is being worked on, and hopefully will be resolved soon.  

In the mean time, just be patient, and wait for your message to post.  If you don't, your messages will appear in my approval list as many times as you hit that button!
