Usually in the beginning of the session the providers always ask me, "So what do you like?". Unfortunately I give vague answer, "Nothing fancy, just the basics". Are they looking for me to outline the agenda for the session? Would this also be the time to explain I prefer CBJ instead of BBBJ? So far I am conent with BBBJ , but since I hardly feel much difference between CBJ, I am going to start requesting it.

Tell her if you have any weird quirks.  If not, just what you say is fine.  And yes, that's the time to mention CBJ preference (although you might want to reassure her that you don't have an STD).

Personally, I use words when speaking to a lady.  Acronyms are mainly useful for posts, just to keep things short.

the words for the acronym.  Instead of saying, "I want you to give me a covered blow job then fuck", say something like, "I would enjoy you your lips in an oral delight with protection rather than uncovered.  After I'm ready, can we start with you on top then go from there?"

Just my style.  IMHO, if you act like a gentleman and treat the provider like the lady she is, you will both enjoy the session a lot more.

If you see a provider more than once or twice,
they will know what you like and you will know
their likes and dislikes.

I tell them specificaly what it takes to get me off, after all that is why i'm there. I like it when they ask because otherwise you get the general performance that works for her clients across the board, but if you tell her what you like you get a tailored experience.
