As a newbie I feel very uncomfortable being professionally screened,,ie P411. I've noticed some providers may agree to a meet with references. I've also noticed some massage providers with ter ids will see you without references or being verified by P411. With that said, do you think I could see one or two massage providers without using a screening service and then use them for references to see a provider that requires references? Opinions would be appreciated, just trying to avoid the whole background check.
Most providers who allow references in lieu of screening, want those references from ladies who *have* screened. There are definitely ladies who will see you with no or minimal screening, though if you are trying to see the ladies who take their safety and security seriously - you cannot get by with half-assed references.
You are trying to avoid a background check, we're trying not to get beaten, raped or killed. While you should never go beyond your comfort level in the verification process, please keep a little perspective. Also, a "background check" is not done, lol! The verification is simply to ensure that you are actually who you claim to be, and some of us may go a bit further to ensure you are not on the sex offender registry... we will not be interviewing your neighbors.

Yes I get that and appreciate it. I really have no interest in spending any time with someone that isn't comfortable being there. My hope is that I can gradually work my way up to being reputable without committing critical info to a site. I understand its a catch 22, I want my cake and eat it too.
Is it difficult to find out and attend a meet and greet? I live in the Chicagoland area.
It is very difficult to attend a meet and greet if you dont want to be screened. Everyones safety is at risk if unverified people are allowed in to M&Gs.

Lots of reputable ladies are "Newbie friendly", meaning they verify you themselves (using the info they personally require). Once you've seen a couple of Newbie friendly ladies, those ladies can provide references for you to other ladies.
I have a question here about RS2K, Date-Check and P411. Isn't using these services is a way to deter LE ?
Beyond violence on the job I do *not* want to get caught up by LE, that's almost a worse possibility that getting hurt.

Yes, I was a little nervous giving my real name, and having them call me at work to verify me, but that was the price of admission to this fun world. There is not one other single entity or person that you can share your info with that can open as many doors for you as P411.
So here is the rub, I need references but in order to get them I need to see providers but the providers want references. What to do?
...RS2K is in the mid west mostly. The others are wide spread. P411 has an 800 number you can call. Check them out. They can verify you and vouch for you with the providers that are also members. See those ladies and you're set. You will find a vast selection of providers are P411 members.
... You being a newbie would have to give some info to each provider since you don't have references. They would likely want name & work info. There are providers that will see you without references or screening but you are taking a chance with that. The odds are not in your favor. If you saw TER reviewed providers that didn't ask for references or screening (not sure any exist) I suppose they could be references for you from then on but I don't see that being possible. By screening I mean personal info.
Giving your info to P411 means you would give it once. Their servers are in Canada. That makes things better for you. Call P411. Don't just look at their website. They will work with you about what you're willing to give as far as info. From there you can see newbie friendly providers that will accept P411. Some will still want some personal info because you're a newbie but some won't.
There are mongers that say give no personal info. I'll let one of them explain how that works.

will not give references; they work for a parlor and are not independent ladies.
A lady should take whatever precautions necessary and use whatever screening techniques she feels appropriate to remain safe.

would you rather give your info to a number of providers not knowing what they will do with it, or one verification site who's servers are outside the U.S.? P411 is the only one of the 3 major verification sites that allows their providers to indicate if they are newbie friendly on their profiles. While I understand your apprehension about giving up personal info, but they are not going to do anything to alert your employer or anyone else about what you are intending to do. Gina and her staff at P411 are very discreet at what they do to verify you.
None of these entities are going to run an extensive background check on you, their main goal is to determine that you are not a member of LE. They could really care less about much else about you. If you want to participate in the hobby, you are going to have to give up some info to someone in order to get started, it's just a matter of who you want to give it to.

You can certainly do it exactly as you describe. There will be providers who will take massage girls references and there will be massage girls who give out references, so in theory and practically speaking, you are correct.
But here is the problem. If you are seeing massage girls that do not screen and then see fs providers that do take their references, you have opened yourself up to a higher likelihood of getting nabbed by LE, which ironically, is exactly what you are trying to avoid. LOL
I don't go near girls that don't screen. I am not talking about the higher end girls with tons of legit reviews. They have other methods to screen and you may not know how they do it, but rarely will those girls leave a gap in their security.
I am talking about some of the lower end ones, maybe more desperate for the money and cant afford to screen for in their mind, that may cost them money or they dont have the sense and experience to know all the reasons why one should screen to begin with. In those cases, I have no idea what I am walking into when I enter their room. Is LE on the other side of that door? No way to tell.
No only that, but what if the girls you are using as references leave the biz? Girls leave this biz on a dime's notice w/o telling you, and shut down their phone/email so giving them out to other girls for refs will be wasted time and effort. Then you are back to square one again.
I started out by seeing girls that didn't screen. Looking back I was taking a huge risk but I was inexperienced. Over the years, I built up so many refs I can see virtually anyone I want b/c all they required was two legit references, and the ones that wanted more than that would almost always take a 3rd or 4th reference in lieu of p411, or another verification site, to put their mind at ease.
This I can tell you. Don't ever burn a bridge with a reference. Always be exceptionally polite and non threatening in every way. If you do that, you will have girls rave about you to other girls as refs, and that puts the girl you are going to see next mind at ease. That is HUGE in p4p. Having her relax and trust you will allow you to maximize your fun with her.
Bite the bullet, do the p411 thing, then build your team of gals that will rave about you and you'll never have an issue.

move from location to location frequently & generally do not screen. Independent FBSM providers... work for themselves...
My first success (but not my first attempt) started with an independent FBSM provider. She did ask for some personal information which she ran through a reverse directory. It turned out, she offered extras after she got to know you. She was unusual in that she expected a "tip" for the extras BUT would never set a dollar price on the extras. I suppose she felt it kept her safe(r) from a LE sting. It was awkward because I had to decide on the tip myself... I felt pressure to gift adequately lest she decline my future appointment requests. I decided to raise the gift to the level that I'd expect to pay a FS provider in my area. Even though the extras included FS there were other things she would not do or did not in the way expected. She advertised on a competitive site that is now gone... could not be TER reviewed. I never asked if she would give me a reference.
