There has been a poll on TER which asks if we'd see a provider who offers BBFW!! I'd answer the question if I knew what the $#$ BBFW is!! What is it?? Why doesn't TER explain what it is - is it that common that I'm the only one who doesn't know what BBFW is? Thanks!
