When a gentleman contacts me to set up an appointment and he sends me his TER handle in order to help me with screening, why can't I ever find it on here? I even signed up for VIP specifically to gain access to this type of information. What am I missing? Can anyone point me in the direction to where I can find that info? Thanks in advance.
