I have been a member here for a couple of months after lurking here for a couple more.  Reading, learning etc.  "See only reviewed ladies, practice safe sex, and get tested for std's....".
My Question is what does a person do if they get tested and it is positive??  I have read basically every post for maybe 5-6 months and have never seen someone come here and say I've got _______ or some bastard gave me ________.
And in a round about way, maybe I am trying to get the incidence rate that this might be occuring.

Frankly if it weren't for fear of contracting STD's, I would probably be hobbying every other day.  My short career has been REALLY good.

Thanks, in advance

can be quickly treated.  They have chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis. Id you get another disease, you can make sure you don't pass it on.  Herpes, for example, becomes less communicable by avoiding contact when having any symptoms and taking anti virals daily.  It is good to know you are negative or able to do something about being positive.

if it is curable, refrain until cured.
if it is not curable, quit.

I too have your same question however I did not ask it.

Common sense tells me the folks who has stds will not tell nor inform it to the world. It will hurt their business vice versa.

In the hobby play safe by keeping the little guy covered! Get advice here about the hobby, how is provider X wiht orl, what do her ta tas really look like etc, bit get medical advice from the medical community. Have your personal risk evaluated by your doctor or surf a medical forum like medhelp.org.

One disease: HPV
It effects 80% of people in the US and it will not show up when a man gets "checked." This won't go away for up to 2 years because your immunities have to fight it off.

I really think this is something big that needs to be talked about.
