I read the explanations, but need to clarify who is the giver and who is the receiver?  Or does it matter?  For example, if a provider lets me tongue her brown eye while performing DATY, do I say DATO was available or one of the other terms?

of the review submittal page you bring up a very good question. STAFF should add a pull down menu with choices like:

"rimming" Yes-Gives and receives
                Yes-receives only
                Yes-Gives only
                Don't know
                No!

Yes, the rimming question in the services field on the reviews is part of the reason for me asking

Yes, this is the same list I looked at before my original post/questions.  So I am right back where I started

I guess I am just making this more complicated than it needs to be.  Sorry for being confused.  I will just let this be
