Im new to the escort business I wanted to start earning reviews how do I do that? How do I meet guys that can review girls? Or what?

At the end of your meeting with a client, bring up TER as a topic of discussion. If he is aware of it, request he write a review. If he is not aware, I think you are doing him a service to make him aware of its existence.

Do you have a website? That would also help.

You can offer a "TER member special", but do not offer any discounts in exchange for reviews, it is against the rules and not perceived well. At some point you will encounter a reviewer, so providing stellar service at all the times and treating gentlemen right is key to get started with a wonderful review.

SO would it be ok if i put TER member specials on my ad?and if i do speak to ter member how can i see his reviews? And do you talk to his references ?

You can meet them here.  Advertising on your regional board is permitted once every 7 days.  The only catch is you must either have a personal website or an ad on some escort ad board, like backpage or tazlist, that you can put a link to in your ad.  Since you are new, I highly recommend that you read the self help center, link under the lifesaver at the top of the page.

As previously mentioned, you can offer specials for TER members, just DO NOT offer discounts for reviews, that will get you kicked off the site.

One other thing, a guy does not have to be a paying member to write reviews.  It's free to join, and if a guy writes a review, he will receive 15 free VIP days when the review is approved.

Having one will be a big help. It doesn't have to be elaborate. It's nice to have several photos and contact and rate information as well as a little bit of personal "get to know you" information.

I think there are even free templates you can use.
