I was just wondering what specific actions will get a provider delisted from TER.

but there are others, including just being a general PITA, apparently, as one gal I knew got banned because she called to complain about a false review (It was actually a good review too.) and TER told her it is staying, but she wouldn't take no for an answer.

I'm not positive, but if a provider either outs a client, or threatens them unduly, they can be banned for that.  The reverse applies as well.

Providers can always ask to be delisted voluntarily of course if they are retiring or are facing issues that cause them to have to go underground for a while.

I believe they remain in good standing and can be restored when they wish to.

see the link, straight from the TER playbook

She requests delisting herself:

1. Retirement
2. Dealing with stalker issues
3. Outed to family
4. Legal issues like she just got arrested
5. Family issues like child custody battles etc where the ex finds out
6. Time off to have a baby etc
7. She found a sugardaddy for a month, three months etc and doesn't want to be bothered during that time
8. For privacy reasons, she doesn't want any reviews and makes a direct request to TER not to accept reviews on her behalf

TER delists her:

1. She outs a client or posts personal client information on the boards aka getting banned. This has happened a few times and a big no, no.
2. Submitting fake reviews or using friends, relatives, pimps, other providers to submit fake reviews
3. Giving discounts in exchange for glowing reviews like 10/10 scores which are not entirely accurate of a date
4. Sharing your account with clients, other providers or giving access to the provider only board to those who are not allowed
5. Having clients submit multiple reviews using multiple handles for the same date
6. Slandering other providers for personal gain. This is like saying untruthful things about other providers (your competition) in hopes of getting them banned or kicked out so you can get more business
7. Falsely challenging a bad but truthful review. This is like complaining to TER or on the boards that a bad review is fake when in reality it is true. Many providers will do this when a review with bad scores damages their reputation or hurts their averages.

There are many more reasons and TER pretty much gets it right all the time. TER takes delisting a provider seriously and wouldn't do it without good cause and solid evidence. Just remember, you can't discuss delisted providers on the boards for all the above reasons

Strange case from my earliest days on TER.  From an ad (Eros? Other?), I was looking for provider info on TER but was getting either 'not found', 'not available' or some other error about de-listed profiles.  I posted a q to the Gen Board trying to find out who this amazingly beautiful provider was and why they were de-listed but my post was either not approved (moderated back then) or removed, I forget which.  Apparently, there is a class of de-listing that also prohibits the discussion or MERE MENTION of the provider in question.

From PMs, cryptic posts and so on, I think, but will never be able to confirm, that this was a provider that was a TS that advertised as F (no mention or hint of TS) and even had the Profile changed (temporarily, at least) to remove the TS part.  I don't know how much is fact and how much presumption but I think deliberate, chronic advertising of major deceptions ("TS - not TS" being more major than lying about age or hair) get totally banned.

The pics were AMAZING and did not look fake.  Amazing.  I never would have guessed TS

is permitted on TER.  Ripoff reviews are not removed by voluntary delisting...  but other than that, the profile is no longer displayed & all the reviews go with it.  With a voluntary delisting, if it is later restored, the old reviews display again but the disallowed ones are gone for good (though the reviewers are free to write new.  If it's been more than 90 days...  and a current active ad is required...  than the rules say a new appointment must take place.
