how do you become a provider on the site instead of reguler member?

im an independent provider new to the site. usually use aspd. have p411. i cant figure out how to post a provider ad. any help?

You are already a provider on the site.  You need to read the newbie manual, it should answer your questions.  You can post an ad on your regional board once every 7 days.

The first link provided below explains how you can get free, limited VIP access to this site.

The second link provides the TER guidelines for posting ads.

The third link explains how you can get your site TER reviewed, which will allow you to post a link to your site when you advertise.
