Zinc is probably the best and most economical supplement. There are a lot on the market out there but most of them are expensive in the the long run. Exercise, eat a lot of protein and take the zinc.

I know a great deal for womans health issues. . . not a lot for the guys. In every "big" health food store there is a board certified herbalist in the supplement area. (or there should be)
Chmberlains and Whole Foods here has someone in that position.
I ask her everything including sensitive subject matter.
Like a Pharmacist only better.
