I knew a gal who changed her name five times over the course of a few years.  She was a fine provider too.

 
Sometimes this is done for nefarious reasons like to avoid a bad review history, sometimes to avoid a stalker, sometimes because they got outed, and sometimes they get an infusion of new business from guys who like seeing "new" gals.

 
I wouldn't call this a red light, but it is certainly a yellow light.

Is she well reviewed? As mrfisher said there are lots of reasons providers change their names. Some good, some bad. However you mentioned she keeps changing photos. Are you saying different photos of the same gal? Or are the photos of different gals? If it's the second, why are you even considering seeing her, as the pictures are obviously fake?

...and you never know who you are going to get. It is risky to see someone without review. If you just want to "come" and go then it may be OK. I have better options so I won't see them anytime soon.
 
I guess you are likely going to an in call where they may have interchangeable girls or who stay for a short time so their name is not important. Since they are so interchangeable, their org may decide it is not worth it to have different ad for different girl so they reuse the ad. They may also want to reuse ad to build up "likes" because they have no established "stars".
 
Their profile may be more inaccurate than usual and pictures are very likely fake. You may see someone older and not as pretty as advertised. I am very drawn to their pictures so I have been watching them for many weeks. My gut is telling me not to be hasty because nothing I have seen convinced me to see them yet.

Who changed their name. I really wanted to see her originally but when I wanted to book her on p411 her ad had disappeared. Then sometime down the road when I was looking her ad appeared in my favorites folder as someone else but I remembered her ad and her photos were similar. This time with no full facial images. I decided to TOFTT. In the end I found out she had a stalker and was taking time off to create a new identity. I'm glad I took the chance as she was incredible.

A girl that pretty isn't going to fuck you for 160 "flowers" without trying to upsell you when you tell her what you like: "You want me do that it cost extra".  LoL
