read the self help manual at the link at the top of this page.  Start posting on your local regional board.  You can post an ad there once every 7 days.  The more you get your name out there, the faster you will attract attention.  You get reviews by seeing clients that are members here.  If you don't have a website, I suggest you get one, there are plenty of free templates out there, or at least post ads on an escort mall site in your area.  Look at the girls in your area to see what rates are locally and price your service accordingly.  Don't overprice as you will not attract many takers.  On the same token, don't go too low either, or you WILL attract the low end of the client spectrum.
