Im having a problem reporting my problem. Please, I click on the report to report my new email and website and Im getting a window telling me this provider has already reported a problem.

How do I report to change my email and update website addy also...?

link on your profile page, then go to "contact us" at the top of the page, and tell TER administration what is happening.  There could be a software glitch that needs correcting.

At the same time, you can tell them about your new addies.

The system only allows one per provider at a time.

...one or more of the items in your profile.  While this is being resolved by TER, you cannot report another problem about the same provider.

Sometimes it can take 4 or 5 days to resolve a problem report.  Check back in a few days to change your email and website addys.

Just a guess, but maybe someone has already reported that your old website was no good.  If so, when you check back, it will say "report new website" in blue. Click on the blue letters and...report new website.
