I am a provider and I am unable to make a post. I can choose a provider and come on here to the message board but i dont really know what i am doing, any help would be greatly appreciated

Then you can contact TER and get your membership linked to your review.  Providers, who choose to link, the link appeares on every post [see my TER reviews].
Any web site must display the TER logo/link back as described in the self help section.  
Ads are only allowed on your local regional board, 1 per 7 days.  You may post/reply on other boards, as you are doing now.
As a Newbie, you are "Moderated" that is your posts are reviewed by a Moderator before they display.  If you post (get a posting history) & follow the rules, you can request to be unmoderated (typically after 30 days).  PM the moderator for your local board with your request.  (If you break the posting rules, you will be moderated again.)  
On reviews, clients must not review from your computer or IP address.  (Looks to TER like a bogus review & that will get you permanently banned.)  

Absolutely to read the self help section & read back on this board until you can answer every question yourself.  There is a lot to learn & TER is a great resource.
