...your posts are moderated. That means they don't go up right away. They have to be checked out by TER admin before they post. The length of time this takes varies. Sometime your post will go up in a matter of a few minutes other times it may be much longer. Depends on when they get to looking at it.  After you have been around a while, have posted often, and show that you follow the rules you can contact TER admin and ask to be unmoderated. Once that happens your posts will go up immediately.

TER has a lot of rules, most make a lot of sense.  In any case, the better you know all the rules, the better off you'll be for it.  This manual also has a lot of good information on how to participate in the hobby.  We always call it a must read.
