If you are a provider with reviews, it will be right up on your profile page.
If you are a client member who has written at least one review, go to "My TER", then "My Reviews", and open any review up. Your member ID will be listed near the top of the review.
If you are neither of these, you'll have to write to TER and ask them to give it to you.
Since you have written a review, you do have one. All the providers need is your handle, and I agree with previous poster, I'd suggest you shorten it up a bit, and use a word/words as opposed to numbers. Easier to remember.
...you want/need to change your handle (user name). Ask them how to go about it.
Check for their reply by clicking the My Feedback link at the top of the My TER page just under the tabs. (You find the My TER page by clicking on the My TER tab at the top of any page.)
It may take as long as 3 days for a reply.
When I did this they instructed me to send 3 "names" I'd like to use for them to choose from. They responded letting me know which of the three they had chosen.
