BTW you can get PM's whether it shows you on line or not. The star rating comes after you have a few more reviews. Now that you have a review contact TER admin use your e-mail you joined up with and ask them to link your review with your handle. Read the Self-Help Center look at the "some info for providers" link see about getting the free limited provider VIP
Just log in with your handle. If you want to see your review, which I did, just search reviews for your ID#, your review will show up. Unfortunately, I have no answer for your problems with PM's or being online. If you log in with the handle and password you joined with, you should have no problems.
As far as the star rating, that is not something I know about. It probably has to do with your average rating. However, you will not have a rating average until you get 5 reviews, I think. Once you get that many reviews, you should get a star rating. If someone knows more than I do on that problem, let us know. Swim
And it's a great one at that! Good to see you got it linked to your username also. Now everytime you post, readers can click and go straight to your profile. The link will also give you Limited Provider VIP, but that shouldn't matter, because you already have paid VIP. (You had mentioned that in a prior post) The provider VIP may come in handy if your paid VIP expires and you don't renew it. It will allow you to read and write PMs and to read your own reviews, but won't give you all the features of full VIP.
As for PMs, you don't need to be online to get PMs. Anyone can send you PM anytime. You can read and reply when you are online. PMs are like email. As far as showing your online status, that will allow folks to instant message you through TER messenger. IMs are not the same as PMs. I think this is where you are confused. Now to show up online, as xyz said, just go to your account manager and click on the box that says, "show my online status." One last thing: Now that you have your profile, you should look it over well and correct mistakes if any. You can do that by submitting a problem report, or using the "contact us" button.
