Hello there. How does this site work?? I am in the central valley California and someone recommended that i make myself a member on this site. how does this work??

More specifically, sign up for a free account (which of course you already have) and have a look around; if you like what you see, then become a VIP Member to make full use of the site. If you are a Provider, you can have limited, free VIP Membership if you meet the criteria. VIP Membership is required to read the full Provider profiles and reviews (if you have the limited, free Provider VIP Membership, you can read /your/ full profile and reviews).
