Hi Hailey!!

As to a profile, first you need to find out if you already have one here.  They're only submitted by reviewers.  
Once you have one, you can claim it and then submit reports regarding any missing information or inaccuracies.  

Yes, ads are free but you do need a webpage/site to place a TER banner on, in order to post ads here.

Hi guys. I'm new here but have been a provider for almost 2 yrs. I'm having a hard time figuring out this site as I JUST signed up. Can someone please give me some advice on where I would find my profile to fill it out, uploading pix and can I advertise on this site for free? Plz help..... Thank you....Hailey

Yes, the ads are free. Post on you regional ad board.  

You have to put your photos on a photo hosting site like imagecoast.com. Then place the url from your photo on imagecoast.com in the little box labeled Picture URL at the bottom of the posting box.  

There is more info on both these topics in the TER Instruction Manul.

You are in great hands with XYZ as he will help you. He is an experienced voice on this board as has helped many.  

 
Try and be patient as TER can be a bit overwhelming and intimidating to use at first. Come back here often for guidance and help from both guys and ladies in the biz.
