Even though you are not new to the hobby be sure to also check out the newbie board and the self-help center there for info on navigating TER and using it to help you be safe and succesful.

The first thing to do is read the self help center.  It will answer a lot of your questions.  As London said, this forum is the place to ask questions.  You can also search for certain topics which might be of further help.
