Hello I'm a provider and still stumbling around TER a little trying to get a grasp on the site. I managed to get my site approved (SofiaVivana.com), however have no idea how to set up a profile on here. I have a recent hobbyist who wants to write a review for me but can't find me on here. I read the newbie info but guess I missed the whole thing on how to start up. Please help if you can! Much appreciation!
If your hobbyist friend wants to write your review (which will apparently be your first) then he’ll need to sign up for a TER membership. Basic membership is free, though he’ll get a number of free VIP days after said review is approved.
As your first reviewer, it will be incumbent upon him to set up your profile by filling out all of the required fields.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
