why is all the secrecy necessary? except for SO's. it seems to me that this industry should work under the same guidelines that govern porn production. IE:
The provider offers professional picture services. take some stills at the beginning, during and at the end. to forms of id,2257, photos release, she gives you the content for your personal collection. and you do what you want with it and boom, legal business transaction. no fuss no LE under miller v calli.. or am i making this sound to easy?

Go review it and see what you think, but the consenusus seems to be that this will not allieviate LE worries.

First of all not all providers want pictures taken. In fact, most of them don't. Secondly, there is a bit more paperwork involved  than just a 2257 on file to make a porn shoot legal. Even if the 2257 were all that was needed it DOES contain the models full legal name and address. Now, I'm pretty friendly with my favs but none of them, even after a year or two as a steady customer, have volunteered their full real names or invited me to their civilian residence for coffee yet...I dunno, maybe it's just me...

This 'industry', real or fantasized, is illegal.  It is not porn.

While I don't have an SO, I surely don't want to get caught doing anything against the law.  Neither does anyone else.  Hence, PRECAUTIONS!!!!!!

Your points are well taken, but I have the full names and civi addresses of a couple ladies.  Oh, and I used to film porn, so maybe I'm just an anomoly.
