I am Boy Scout polite, I swear. Even though I'm a total newbie, I have a great deal of respect for providers -- for both what they do and, of course, as people with feelings.
But at the same time, I have all the newbie fears about health risks. It's really my bigggest worry.
Is it rude to ask someone about personal health related issues (assuming, of course, I've already paid for the privledge of being in someone's company)?
If not, what are good questions to ask and what are good ways to ask them?
If so, am I just out of luck and need to decide to take the gamble?
Your experience and wisdom would be much appreciated.
