Suggest you post on the Phoenix board for starters.  There are several really good providers there who are nice, smart and post here, too.  Perhaps one of them will take you in hand.  If I were out there, I'd sure like to!  lol!

You pictures are a good balance.

Now, give good services, no rush, for the full time contracted.  

Do not be 'down' on reviews but you can ask that they be reasonably discreet and clients should not reveal your screening tecniques or information which might give away your location or compromize your safety.   (An early provider, now a friend, on our first meeting stressed being vague about location so local LE does not come looking.  I always use "near city" or "near district" even using the next over.)  

Advertize on your local ad board.

a tourist area like Phoenix or Miami.  These cities fill with winter visitors and convention business once the weather up north chills down.  Your website is good although it would be nice to see you in a different outfit for a pic or two; even though you look tremendous in black.

If you give give good service and you do have reasonable rates, you will do fine.  Now, if I only lived closer to Phoenix.

Agree with the other posters. Get your reviews linked to your handle. Post on the Phoenix regional and Phoenix ad boards.
And when you start touring, put Hawaii on your list

You got some good advice here.  You might also want to read the self-help manual at the link at top of this page.  There's a lot of good info for providers in there.  I understand your concern about reviews, suggest you tell your clients that if they want to write a review to please refrain from using real graphic language.  You can look at some of my recent reviews to get an idea of what I mean.  

If you advertise, please remember to use the Phoenix Ads board, and not the Phoenix discussion board.  You can post an ad once every 7 days.  It would also help if you start posting on the various threads on the Phoenix board that interest you.  If there are picture theme days you can post a picture as long as you don't include a link to your site.  The more you get your name out there,the sooner you will be getting calls for dates.

It's a really good idea, as was mentioned, to get your reviews linked to your handle.  To do that, you have to contact Admin and ask them to link your reviews to your handle.   One you have 3 reviews, you can ask to join the Providers' Only forum.  You can get a lot of help just reading what the othe providers have to say.  I think you need to rethink how you screen potential clients.  Not all of them will be able to meet at a restaurant prior to making a date with you.  If you get busy, you won't have time to do that either.  You can get ideas on how to screen from other providers.  With reviews, you also request limited VIP membership so you can read the details of your own reviews.

Props to you and the photographer. If all you had were those photos I'd still be interested in seeing you. Wish I got out to Phoenix more.

I can't say for sure but my guess would be in Phoenix you are dealing with more competition than what you may of had in Columbus. Maybe expand your ad network and post more regularly. Use the ad board here and add your ideas to the General Discussion board if you don't already. Once you get some Phoenix regulars and some word of mouth you will see business pick up. PM me if you want and I can get you in contact with a provider who had her home base in the Phoenix area for quite a while. She has moved on to another city but might have some tips for you outside of the ones posted in this thread.
