I was just reading in the newbie manual that guys should be sure to wash their hands before touching the lady so as not to give her urinary tract infections. So my question is, what do providers think if a guy whips out a bottle of hand sanitizer and starts rubbing his hands with it? Should we just skip that step or does it make you feel better?

Hand sanitizer has alcohol in it, which is very irritating to delicate skin and tissue.

A UTI laid me up for some time, it's really painful guys, imagine strep throat 10x down there...
After that debacle, I made it a point to rub it on his hands, turning it into a sensual hand massage. I don't think it's effected my skin even though it's pretty sensitive. Go for it.

Just freshly washed hands (and other body parts) will make most ladies comfortable.

If you ask the lady if you can go wash your hands, it also gives her a moment to discreetly check your envelope, if she wishes to do so. I have had ladies ask me to use their sanitizer beforehand and I have complied. I like to go with the flow, but when a lady asks you, say to shower before, it is in your best intrest to do so.
