If I want to start with belle de jour

Do they accept a P411 profile? Or do you have to fill out a completely application to be verified by your work etc with them?

Do you mean, use them as an agency to make a date with a provider?

If you mean that, why not just ask them?  I have never used an agency, so I don't know what they do.
